Project no. 3 - Corporate Office

For this project, I designed a multi-level office space located in Cambridge, MA. I chose Dunkin' as my business to design for. This company values transparency and collaboration which was integral within the design. My concept for this space was 'busy' which is what I think represented the business and their stores. Most people come and go at a fast pace and Dunkin' has to be able to keep up with it. I chose to reflect this through the angularity of my walls and my mixture of textures. For the main offices as well as collaboration spaces, I chose to use glass curtain walls in order to show their value of transparency and also to bring in lots of natural daylighting in order to increase productivity. Staying on brand was also important and I was able to do this successfully by incorporating the business' two main colors: pink and orange. The textures and colors all correlate to the individual shops Dunkin' currently has.
